The governance-leadership and management of TanzaNEAD is done with the presence of the three office bearers. The office bearers are the Chairperson (Coordinator), the Secretary  and  the  Treasurer  through  the  constitution  governance.  Also,  there  is  a board of directors for making the guidelines, protecting and advancing the image of TanzaNEAD, and formation of committees among other functions.  As for now, the TanzaNEAD  functional  subcommittee  acts  as  the  board  of  directors.  Again,  the committee acts as TanzaNEAD secretariat performing specific duties. The committee comprises of the technical advisors, the coordinator, secretary, and treasurer.
